This past April, Campus Kitchens UVM joined forces with Sodexo, Student Life, and dozens of other clubs in events across campus to celebrate Earth Week 2015. The “closing ceremony” of Earth Week was our very own event:

Battle of the Campus Chefs
Grand Maple Ball Room (Davis Center)
5$ before the event (can be purchased the week before the event) 7$ at door
Witness UVM’s most talented chef’s and most dedicated clubs prepare their most delicious and local meals! Sample all of the meals! You will be able to make a dinner out of this! Then take your opinion to the ballet and vote on your favorite dish. Everyone who votes will be entered into a raffle with some AWESOME prizes from local vendors!
The event was a huge success, drawing in attention from local media, student government, and university administration. Over $2000 was raised, with more than two hundred fifty in attendance to sample gourmet tasting plates from nearly a dozen chefs from across campus.
